After reading post after post for what seems like forever i've finally come up with my clean bulking diet, and i have to say i'm pretty impressed with it
Loads of calories, very healthy, and i actually like the foods i'm gonna eat :7up:
I do however have a question or two that i need help with
How am i meant to prepare my breakfast?
My first meal of the day will consist of
8 egg whites
100g oatmeal
30g whey protein
Sounds good doesn't it?
Shame i don't know how to prepare it! :scratch:
Do i add milk or water to it?
(there's loads of sugar in milk don't you know)
Also do i eat this meal, or can i throw it in my blender and knock it straight back?
What is the best thing to do with the eggs?
I've seen a company that sell pasturised egg whites
This seems like a good idea to me
No risk of salmonela and they're already seperated
(they're f*cking expensive too!)
I've done quite a bit of searching and reading on this site
And i've learnt a hell of a lot
One thing it hasn't taught me yet is how to cook :wg:
