    dipping sauce

    i was wondering what a good dipping sauce for a tomatoe or carrots, broccoli or nething would be, like a ranch thats low in sugar / fat, any help is much appreciated

    I like to keep clear of most sources my self full of sugar and E-numbers additives preservatives….IMO ant thing processed is crap..

    Yeah, I use real ranch when using dressings and do so for a fat source.
    I also don't use carrots as they are quite high on the GI scale, and definitely not a
    good mix w/ranch.

    I like vinaigrette dressings with olive oil. Red wine vinaigrette is really good IMO

    he means full fat ranch, none of that low carb/fat free crap that has too much sugar to make up for lack of taste.

    if u can go pick up some avacados and make a dip from it urself my wife makes a good one she mashs up a few avacados puts in a pinch of salt and squeezes 1 full lime im it for some flavor mmmmm its great for topping on tuna and dips for anything else
