    my aas kinda clean/bulk diet

    i also wil be on 400mg eq,500 test-e, 30mg dbol fist 3 wks, 500mcg's injecatble b12
    this is setup like protien/carbs/fats/cal

    400am wake up

    500am eca stack 0 0 0 0

    brackfast
    545am (2) ultra lean pockets (wraped in whole wheat) 50 38 12 400

    snack
    900am tuna or turkey or lean pork 40 3 2 180
    celery and penutbutter 9 7 12 198
    flax oil 0 0 10 10

    lunch
    1200pm tuna or turkey or lean pork 40 3 2 180
    lunch whole wheat pita 9 40 2 210

    pre wo
    300pm tuna or turkey or lean pork 20 1.5 1 90
    protien bar 15 21 7 210
    1/2 whole wheat pita 3 13 1 70
    flax oil 0 0 10 10

    workout 400-530

    post wo
    600pm 48gr whey+80gr dextrose in water 48 16 27 522

    dinner

    wow i was going to critique it but im not a big fan of lean pockets lol ... weak amount of pro in that meal alone i suggest you read the stickes if you havent done so and revise your diet to incorp the proper amount of pro in all meals
    and your PPWO shouldnt contain fat (slows down protein synthesis) not a big fan of pita's or protein bars those can go ;P
    and unless you wanna be soft i suggest you drop the yogurt at night and stick w/ a quality Pro/Fat meal say casein/flax

    it's hard for me to eat good, because i pretty much live in my truck. i work 10-12hr days. the reason for the lean pockets is cuz the only thing i can get at work is from one of those lunch wagons in the morning. they cook everything w/ lard. i have read the stickies both on bulking and clean bulk. just trying to gain lean, i just installed a microwave in my truck and i got a cooler i carry with me. but don't have anywere to cook eggs or blend anythin till i get homefrom the gym at about 530. this is why i use some premade meals like pocket and protien bar. any suggestions will help, i'am deff not married to this diet.
