my aas kinda clean/bulk diet
i also wil be on 400mg eq,500 test-e, 30mg dbol fist 3 wks, 500mcg's injecatble b12
this is setup like protien/carbs/fats/cal
400am wake up

and unless you wanna be soft i suggest you drop the yogurt at night and stick w/ a quality Pro/Fat meal say casein/flax
