    criticise my diet please

    9:00 am 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup dry oats, 40 g whey (35 g protein), 250 ml skim milk
    12:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 6 oz rice
    3:00 pm 5 oz tuna, 30 g whey
    6:00 pm before work out meal 3 tbs peanut butter, 2 slice wheat bread, 5 egg whites, 20 g whey
    9:30 pm 5 egg whites, 40 g whey, 50 g carbs (dextrose or honey)
    12:00 pm 8 oz lean steak or chicken breat, 350 g boiled potatoes
    5:00 am 40 g whey
    what do you guys think ?! stats are: 6" , 225 lbs, not sure about BF but waist size is only 31"-32"
    currently on: 700 mg/test E week 1-12
    500 mg/Deca week 1-12
    20 mg/D-bol ED week 1-4
    50 mg/winny ED week 12-16
    pct HCG +clomid week 16-19

    There are some errors that stand out to me right off the bat no matter if you are bulking/cutting/maintaining, but you never disclosed what your goals are, your cardio/training/what your diet on OFF days from weight training looks like, etc.

    trying to reach 235-240 lbs, 5 days on, 2 days off, intense 1 huor-1:15 min only
    cardio is kind of bad 2-3 times a week 20 min each (i know that bad)
    diet on off days is almost the same or a little more protein (up to 425 g)
