Is this an ok pro/fat meal while cutting?
100 g contains :
7 g carb
Its turkey hot dogs (without bread of course)

and ur prob gonna have more than 100 grams
so 200 would be 26 grams fat,26 grams pro and 14 grams carbs

I'd pass on them.... no matter how healthy they try to make hot dogs.... they will never succeed.

It's funny you mention this, because I was in a rush this morning and had to eat something.... The only thing I had prepared was some turkey hot dogs that my buddy brought over the other night.... I rather eat than not, so I ate them.... Dude, I feel like some serious ass... They make you feel bloated and like a fat kid at an all you can eat Crisco buffet. I won't be eating them again

actually i bet it would be ok if you threw in 1/2tbl of flax and 30g whey just blend it all together... 1 dog 1.5scoops whey and .5tbl flax.. YUM... oh and 8oz water
