Clean Bulking Diet Revised!
I have made a few alterations to my bulking diet
I would like to hear a few peoples opinions on it
Stats:
22 yrs old
6ft tall
185lbs
10% fat
Diet:
Meal 1
9:00
Protein & Carbs
12 egg whites
150g oatmeal
30g whey protein
meal 1 = 71g protein, 100g carbs, 13g fats
Meal 2
11:00
Protein & Fats
300g chicken breast
50g peanuts
meal 2 = 80g protein, 11g carbs, 34g fats
Meal 3
14:00
Protein & Carbs
260g salmon
2 tortilla wraps
1 banana
1 pint skimmed milk
meal 3 = 88g protein, 115g carbs, 8g fats
Meal 4
17:00
Protein & Fats
90g whey protein
50g peanuts
meal 4 = 81g protein, 17g carbs, 31g fats
TRAINING
Meal 5
19:00
PWO
Protein & Carbs
protein & carb shake
meal 5 = 100g protein, 160g carbs, 0g fats
Meal 6
20:00
PPWO
Protein & Carbs
260g tuna
300g jacket potato
1 pint skimmed milk
meal 6 = 86g protein, 91g carbs, 0g fats
Meal 7
22:00
Protein & Fats
300g chicken breast
1.5 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 7 = 68g protein, 0g carbs, 30g fats
Meal 8
0:00
Protein & Fats
90g casien protein
1.5 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 8 = 69g protein, 6g carbs, 27g fats
Total values:
Proteins = 643 grams = 2,572 calories
Carbs = 500 grams = 2,000 calories
Fats = 143 grams = 1,287 calories
Total calories = 5,859
Anyone think i'm eating too much/too little?
I currently weigh 185lbs
Is 643 grams of protein over kill?
How about my carbs and fat intake?
I'm trying to gain as much weight as i can before i decide when to start my cycle

Personally i would ditch the skimmed milk. I take it your using dextrose PWO? I think i would prefer brown rice too a jacket potato in the PPWO meal.

I think I would try to cut back a little. At almost 6 thousand cal a day for someone your size will no doubt put weight on you. However I think that you are trying to do things to fast. The slower you gain the cleaner the weight you put on will be, in my experience at least. I would try keeping the carbs up, lowering your protein to maybe around 2-2.5g/lb,and lower your fat some. You should be able to gain weight at your size with around 3500-4000 calories depending on how active you are. Good luck bro

On that diet you'll be fat in no time before you start your cycle. cut protein back, 400 would be fine, that's rediculous.
