Thats a sh** load of protein, carbs and cals man! You will def grow!
Personally i would ditch the skimmed milk. I take it your using dextrose PWO? I think i would prefer brown rice too a jacket potato in the PPWO meal.
    Guys, Swole?

I think I would try to cut back a little. At almost 6 thousand cal a day for someone your size will no doubt put weight on you. However I think that you are trying to do things to fast. The slower you gain the cleaner the weight you put on will be, in my experience at least. I would try keeping the carbs up, lowering your protein to maybe around 2-2.5g/lb,and lower your fat some. You should be able to gain weight at your size with around 3500-4000 calories depending on how active you are. Good luck bro

On that diet you'll be fat in no time before you start your cycle. cut protein back, 400 would be fine, that's rediculous.
