Thread: cheat days/meals

when on a very clean, very strict bulk diet is it a good idea to count cals for the cheat meal so you potential for storing fat is there becuase you're not in a caloric deficit>???

I count calories for all my cheat meals bulking or cutting (unless i hit the buffet, when i just plug in a 5000 calorie custom food in fitday...)

You put it inot your body.... count it in with your daily cal intake.
