    bulkin dirty...tell me what you think

    stats: 5'8 167lbs, 8-9 percent bf



    Meal 1: breakfast/pre-workout 9:00
    shake (3 whole eggs, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup oatmeal, 2 tbs peanut butter, 6 strawberries)

    46g Protein/ 77g carbs/ 37g fat/ 720 cals

    Meal 2: PWO immediately after work-out

    shake (2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose)

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 2g fat/ 120 cals


    Meal 3: PPWO 11:00Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice with veggies

    64g Protein/ 220 carbs/ 15g fat/ 1233 cals

    Meal 4: 1:00
    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

    26g protein/ 0 carbs/ 11g fat/ 210 cals

    5:Meal 3:30

    1 cup ground beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, 2 whole wheat slices of bread, 1 tbsp mayo

    45g pro/ 25g carbs/ 45g fat/ 617 cals

    meal 6: 630

    Chicken Breast, cup Brown Rice

    53g protein/ 143g carbs/ 9g fat/ 887 cals


    Meal 7: 9:00


    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter on 5 saltines, 3 slices turkey on whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp mayo

    19g Protein/ 43g carbs/ 30g fat/ 500 cals

    Meal 8: Before Bed

    shake (8 egg whites, 2 scoops of whey, 1 cup of milk) 2 tbsp flax seed oil

    Look slike a good bulking diet..I woudl try to split up my macros a little better though...you have a lot of fat in soem of the higher carb meals. ANd oh, on your last meal I don't believe 2 tblsp of flax has only 6 g of fat... I thought it was more like 12??

    Your macro calculations are way off...Since when did 40g whey and 80g dex add up to 120 calories? also, your ppwo meal is off as well. 1 cup cooked brown rice has 45 grams of carbs not 220. (1.5g uncooked rice has about 220g carbs, but i'm guessing you don't eat it raw...)

    2 tbsp flax oil is 26-28g fat...

    ah, yeah..the web site I could have clicked raw rice instead of cooked..Ill critique it, but besides my numbers its what im eating that matters, it look good to yall? Im not worried about splitting up carbs/fat...
