Is this amount of Dex too small?
PWO I take a 50g ON whey shake and I was using the advised 100g Dex. I can't do it anymore, it's just too sweet. I've been forcing it down and now I'm to the point that I might start vommiting if i continue. If I cut it down to 50g Dex/50g protein (which I can stomach) would I be wasting my time and money or is it better then nothing.
It's weird really. Flax, fish oils, Dex before. Nothing ever bothered me but all of a sudden I can't even think about 100g dex without getting an upset stomach.
