    calories in sugar free gum

    What up guys im keepin the diet clean as a virgin right now nothin but fsh and chicken and complex carbs...so i been chewing alot of gum lately like 3-4 packs or Orbit a day do the calories in this stuff effect me ???

    i just heard today that sugar alcohols are not absorbed arent those in orbit?

    just doesn't have the same effect on blood sugar.

    I wouldn't worry about it bro. It will have very minmal effect. IF you are worried, just reduce the packs you have a day.

    chewing burns calories....so just chew for more than a minute and the piece is burnt.
