    Diet and Dextrose

    I can not find dextrose anywhere. Any suggestions on where to find it or maybe alternative products?

    Second, with my diet, I should alternate between fat/protein and carbs meals right? Ex) meal 1 prot/fat; meal 2 carbs, meal 3 protein/fat, meal 4 carbs, etc...

    Dextrose can be purchased at kentnutrition.com. What are you goals for your diet? Check the stickes at the top of the page. It will give you some good stucture.

    1) you can buy dex at any beer brewing supply store. Also, search online, there are a million places that sell it.

    2) Wrong. You want protein in every meal. Each meal should be either protein/fat or protein/carb.

    wine stores have it.. wierd huh but it is as cheap as on the net and no S&H, wine makers need it for the process
