Thread: Fructose PPWO

Provided you didn't eat any during the day would a small portion of Fructose be ok for PPWO? I really wanna mix things up in terms of PPWO dessert which is usually Oats or Cream of Wheat, I wanted to try and make Banana pancakes. Do you think that adding a half of a Banana would be a bad idea? My protein in Banana flavored so if so no big deal! Thanks!

Fructose isn't a great idea for your P.W. meal (glycemic index wise)...but 1/2 a bananna isn't going to kill you....

Well nevermind, I tried the whole Banana Pancake thing as a nice Pro/Carb dessert and I almost puked trying to choke down that many pancakes! Guess I'll just stick to Oats and Cream of Wheat!
