if you are taking ephedra and u notice ur weight loss is beginning to slow down. should u up ur intake. if so how much if u are already taking 25mg 3x daily

It will lose its effectiveness over time should probably go off a week or two jump over to clen t3 for a few weeks.

yea i would go with clen . And im not a fan of T3 at all.

Yeah taking too much will stop the effect, and growing older i will be 33 very soon the body doesnt react the same so i got to cycle ephedrine.

I take it once every 2 days seems to work fine, take it with ephedra free NRG Xenedrine 8 hours i take 2 ephedrine pills with one xenedrine.

if i have been on clen before can i get back on it and lose some weight for a week or so and then jump back on the ephedra? or since i have taken clen should i go with T3. Someone clue me in on this because i do not know anything about it

i would go off for 2 weeks completely then back on for 2 weeks.....OR

take 50 mg of benadryl at night before bed to replenish your beta 2 receptors. I would not run clen for 2 weeks then back on eca for 2 weeks...JMO
