beef jerky

hey guys never really paid that much attention to my diet but now i'm leaning out alot and am trying to find some healthy foods to snack on between meals, i switch between almonds, and sometimes trail mix before the gym, anyone have a favorite brand/flavor of beef jerky? can't seem to find one i like.......thanx

i like damn near all of it. but be careful, it is usually loaded with sugar and ungodly amounts of sodium. avoid barbecue, teryaki,and generally anything but original or smoked. like i said, i enjoy it all, but "oh boy oberto" and the tillamook kind they sell piece by piece in the gas stationa are good

Yea, I like the teriyaki, but as said above, it is not something I would be eating too often.

Watch the sodium and sugar, agreed to that. Check out salmon and turkey jerky too. Try Trader Joes or a natural food store for cleaner options to the gas station.
