oatmeal shake
Alright guys...Here is what I have made for breakfast recently...
1 cup of oats (uncooked)
6oz skimilk
1/2 cup carbwatch yogurt (very low fat and carbs) with 9 grams protein
1 scoop whey (allthewhey chocolate mint)
Is this decent for breakfast?...Damn it tastes good...

that's my breakfast, but i add 5 raw egg whites

ohh ok...I thought you put the egg in the shake....have you tried that?

i use something simaliar i use 1 scoop On's Whey and 1/2 cup oatmeal in water taste alright
