red meat, whole eggs, ground beef, lots of carbs... 6K per day takes a LOT of food, o ya peanut butter is good for few extra ks per day, natural if you want, but personally when bulking i don't think it matters much
also fish, wheat bread, pasta, potatos, oats, wheat germ (this stuff is the sh*t), when getting ground beef ask the butcher if they have 95 or 99 percent lean, milk, white meat chicken, rice
