9:00 am 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 40 g whey, 250 ml skim milk, fruit
12:00 pm 6 oz chicken or 5 oz steak, 4 oz rice or 3 slice whole wheat bread, 4 oz vegies
3:00 pm 5 oz tuna, 30 g whey, 2 tbs peanut butter
6:00 pm 5 egg whites, 2 slice wheat bread, 2 tbs peanut butter, 30 g whey
9:00-10;00 pm 5 egg whites, 40 g whey, 60 g dex.
11:00 pm-12:00 am 6 oz chicken or 8 oz steak, 400 grams potatoes
4:00 am 40 g whey
i'm 24, 6", 225 lbs, about 13% BF

U cutting?
If so, lose the milk, bread, don't eat rice w/steak, never protein by itself, and you ideally will have TWO meal schedules. One will be for days you train, one for days you do not.
The how to cut sticky atop the page is a good general guide. I'd read that and adopt it's principles for major improvement in many areas.

It sounds like neither actually, but I was just trying to clarify.
You'll still want to have two schedules no matter what the goal.

Well, you don't have PWO meals on days off, so you want to change those meals of course. I believe the bulking sticky will show you how to go about doing that.
Your back looks wide!
