    PPWO meal

    how long after you have your PWO nutrition do you guys wait to have your PPWO meal, 30min, 1h, 1.5h, 2h ...? curious to see what you guys do.

    Well, I don't live by the clock when it comes to eating, but I try to have it around 1 hour after my pwo drink.

    When I'm bulking and eating 7 meals a day, 1 hr... When cutting, I eat 6 meals a day and usually wait 90-100 mins for PPWO...
