looks pretty good bro, looks like you followed the stick pretty well, however does look like you have a considerable amount of fat. I never do 2 tbsp of flax all at once, other than that looks solid and well-organized.

one more question... in a cutting diet shoul i drop carbs a little bit on non training days or its ok the way im doing it???
