all the pros!! please critique my cutting diet!!!
current stats: NOTE: ASIAN weigh lighter than caucasian: asian bone mass are less (i was raise in asia) avartar = my pic at 135lbs!!!
before cycle: asian ectomorph 130lbs 5'5 (5%bf)
after cycle: 176 lbs 5'5 bf i don;t know it it;s bloat or fat
meal 1: protein shakes 22 p / 4 c/ 1.5f 120 cal
milo 4 p / 24 c / 4 f 150cal
milk2 14 p/20 c/ 16 f 280 cal

sadly: average thai boy weigh around 120-130 lbs... and they have a very high body fat......

i just finished my pct yesterday!!!!! im still feeling bloated!! or is it fat?
on-cycle diet:::
chciken breast 40 grams protein.... 3 g fat.... no carb
rice.. 30 gram carb... 7 gram protein... 2 g fat..
flax seed oil 2 spoon..... 2 gram of fat
dat's 47 protein / 30 carb/and 7 g fat.. x3 meal
dats around 150 protein/90 carb and 21 fat..
MRP are 40 protein / 20 carb/ 2 fat x 2
dat's around 80 protein/ 40 carb/ 4 fat...
morning WHEY PROTEIN 2 scoop 45 gram protein 2gram fat
and grape juice.8oz. 20 gram carb//
MILK 10 carb/ 2 fat / 8 protein
dat's 53 gram protein / 30 carb/ 4 gram of fat.
bedtime wheyprotein 2 scoop n MILK
dat's 53 gram protein/ 4 gram fat/10 carb
over all 336 protein carb 170-250 depending on the rice ( sometime i do 50 gram of rice)... and fat is 33 fat..
33 x 9 = 297 cal
336 x 4 = 1344 cal
190x4 = 760cal
total cal = 2400 MEAL....336 protein, caarb 190, fat 33gram
PLUS pre and post work out.... 35 gram glucose/ 2 scoop whey x2!! dat's 70 gram carb and 90 gram protein...
so.....424 gram protein / 260 gram carb / 37 fat total cal = 3069.... BUT most of the time i do 30 gram carb..for rice so cal is under 3000..
so... you think i gained a lot of fat???

I doubt you put on 46lbs with only eating 2400 calories.

hmmmmm
i believe it is water weight since the compound i use are prone to water-retention-
when i look in the mirror... my mid-section and cheek are fat however my arms, upper chest, quad are cutted and define.. so i don;t know if it;s fat or water..

anyways.. i know that my metabolism rate off-cycle is lower than on-cycle since test boosts metabolism rate.. therefore it is important that i adjust my diet
so please critique my cutter-off cycle diet

well seems like u can get away w/ a lot as far as diet... for me i'd change a few things, but see how that works for you.. got any more pics, u looking shreeeded.

just to the one saying 46 ibs in a cycle is the msot he has ever heard of.
I gained 22kg(49,5ibs)in my first cycle. However it was insane amounts of fat.
