First off, I have pretty good wheel power. I dont need to have a cheat day...but should I?
Heres what im doing
meal1: 8 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 1 shake.
meal2: ground beed, cheese, vegtables
meal3: steak, 1 cup of rice
meal4: chicken, vetagbles
pwo: 2 shakes/ 100g Dex
meal 6: chicken, rice
meal 7: 2 shakes, 1tbsp honey
stats im 180, 6'1
