Hey guys i plan on trying to get back into a bit of low carbing, nothing has critical has the 20g per day and i don't want to get into ketosis, can't stand the fuzzy, foggy feeling and the lack of energy.
I usually take in a shake after training
eat a eggs sandwish or tuna for dinner
take a whey protein shake in the after noon with flax
at night eat some chicken and salad and i got some low carb ice cream.
