Here is my diet (on average of what i eat 5 days out of the week); I am running 75mg of prop ed; 75mg of winny ed; 420 mg of eq each week; will run anavar later after running winny. I am on the sixth week of my cycle that is 15 weeks long. I am 5'10" 202-206lbs.

1200- PWO- 5 LARGE EGG WHITES AND ONE WHOLE EGG WITH 2 TBSP OF KETCHUP, 6 OUNCES OF TURKEY AND SERVING OF REGULAR OATMEAL (1/2 CUP DRY)
1500- PROTEIN SHAKE—50G OF PRO; 8G OF CARBS; 2G OF FAT
1630- SMALL SERVING OF REG OATMEAL OR SMALL SWEET POTATO
1800- LOW CARB CHICKEN/BEEF WRAP (EITHER BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITA/ OR CHICKEN CAESER SALAD)
