I'm dieting right now diet like the sticky, having a cheat day once per week or so, doing morning empty stomach ECA cardio.....the usuall really!
Problem is I feel like sh!t, tired, I have a hard time concertrating, don't feel like going to the gym, just burnt out...
Should I up my vits or minerals, maybe take some vit c or other antioxidants?
My meals are all pr/fat except for PWO and PPWO
