help with abs
hey i have always bulked and stay at about 16% body fat. You can see my top two abs but i want the whole pack. should i just lose bodyfat and how long do you think it would take with a great cutting diet and a good amount of cardio. im also taking no-explode with cell mass. I got to get those abs.

its hard to say bro...everybody is different....if you stick to it...Everybody here will stress how important what you eat is....but it sounds like you are wanting to see something before summer is here...Don't rush anything..time will tell

you dont want to drop more than 1-2lbs a week otherwise you might start dropping muscle w/ it...
perf cutting diet and cardio you will lose 1% a week w/ lil to no muscle loss for the first few weeks...
about 10% you start to really see abs commin out...
so i say about 11 weeks to get some pimp abs on a flawless diet. btw i wouldnt play w/ cell mass... good luck and read read read.

LOL.... diet and cardio is the key bro... don't matter how ya train abs or what if ya can't see 'em cause of the layer of fat hiding them.

I have thought of a rotine i am going to do for 8 weeks to try and acheive abs. Tell me what you guys think...
week 1 : 2 x 30 Situps 3x a week (60x3 =180 per week)
week 2 : 2 x 40 Situps 3x a week
week 3 : 2 x 50 situps 3x a week
week 4 : 2 x 60 situps 3x a week
week 5 : 2 x 60 situps 3x a week
week 6 : 2 x 60 situps 3x a week
week 7 : 2 x 60 situps 3x a week
week 8 : 2 x 60 situps 3x a week
