What kind of bread can I eat as a complex carb?

Thanks for the question i was wondering myself, guess that since i wanna cut too i better cut it all out.

I usually cut out all breads/dairy when cutting w/any significant level of seriousness. Bulking, I eat the f*ck out of breads/tortillas/pasta/etc.

Which reminds me, BREAKFAST BURRITO TIME! :D

Stone ground multi-grain wheat. the kind with flaxseed, millet, sunflowerseed ,rye meal etc. Tends to have a degree of fat, but you can use any left over slices for sandpaper.

I love those. My mom used to make them for me as a kid all the time.:)


I've read wheat that up estrogen, and water retention levels. Best to stay away when cutting.
