Thanks for the question i was wondering myself, guess that since i wanna cut too i better cut it all out.
I usually cut out all breads/dairy when cutting w/any significant level of seriousness. Bulking, I eat the f*ck out of breads/tortillas/pasta/etc.
Which reminds me, BREAKFAST BURRITO TIME! :D

I've read wheat that up estrogen, and water retention levels. Best to stay away when cutting.
