pro/fat immed. after cardio in a.m., right?
couldn't find the thread, but i remember reading that it's better to down a pro/fat meal right after cardio on an empty stomach in the morning, i think...otherwise, wait about 45 minutes and then do a pro/carb...correct me if i'm wrong...anyway, i was wondering what kind of meal you guys use here???

no 45 mins for pro/fat 1 hour for pro/carb NEVER right after
