    eggs,oats and flax for breakfast

    Sup guys im keeping it clean trying to keep the abs out and shredded i no its a debadeted issue about takeing fats and carbs togather.

    Meal.: 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats 1 tbls flaxoil

    But considering oatmeal is a low GI carb and flax is all Poly and Mono fats dont you think it would be ok considering this meal will be my first..I know some guys that eat this exact same meal for breakast and there ripped right now my Bf is under 10% prolly somewere around 6-8 i havnt been penched just eyeballed by trainers and competion guys so what do ya think

    see what happens... maybe you can get away w/ it...
    depends on your other meals and what you burn all day...

    but why the hell do you want that flax oil in that meal, when u can just put it somewhere else?

    I would say eat the oats and eggs together and about 2 hours later eat the flax with a protein shake...

    the reson i do it is becasue i cant carry flax with me to work because you gotta keep it cold.. trainers and nutrionist told me its not a big deal to do this at all that is is prolly better i did it today but i'll see i would rather take it down with a shake but its impossible when im at work.

    Personally i wouldn't consume fats with my carbs. Thats just me though

    i still dont understand there sre so many debated issues on this i have read tons of articles but considering that meal is the only time i mix carbs ands fats togather whats the big deal considering they are all healthly fats anyway you do the same thing when you eat steak and brown rice even chicken and brownrice chicken carries fat its almost impossible to get around this unless you live off shakes just think about it
