    egg whites and egg yolks.....

    i have a simple question.......if my last meal of the day is eggs how many egg whites should i have vs. how many egg yolks??...thanks in advance

    i know allota peeps dont use the yolk due to cholestral and fat content but all the vitamins ect. r in the yolks so i do 3 to 1 as a rule..just my 2 cents tho

    When I eat eggs I always eat 10 or 12 egg whites along with 2 yolks.
