    how much protien powder>??

    just courious on how much protien powder u r all takin..i use 1 scoop with my oatmeal for breakfast,2 scoops right after training,and a scoop before bed..so i get about 80 of my grams of protien from this whey source..is this too much or about right ..im 200lbs..6'2'
    get the rest from tuna steak eggs chicken ect..off cource

    I dont use powder @ all , no ur not using too much.........

    You should be fine... only whey I use is with my PWO shake and my 2am shake. Other than that it's all solid food for me.

    I am currently re-ajusting my diet, if i take in 30g of whey i get bloated so i am mixing smaller dosage around 15g with flax oil, i try to take in around 45g of powder a day the rest is from eggs and soy milk, chicken and tuna

    2 scoops with oats in the morning, 2 scoops PWO, 3 later in the day with flax and 3 with flax before bed.
