good or bad habit
i got into the habit of if i miss a meal ...(which does happen but rarely if sumtin unforseen coming up) my next meal im liek o well i skipped meal "whatever" i should consume the protein from that meal with this meal...is this good or bad..if you skip a meal do you just accept the fact your pro/carb or pro/fat numbers are gonna be low for that day or do you make it up with the next meal............whic is better

Ingesting twice the amount of nutrients in ONE meal is overkill and is not a good idea. Not only will it not benefit you in any positive manner, it can only serve to provide negatives. (Excess calories stored as fat)
Buy a watch and set the alarm and don't miss meals. :)
