I am 18 years old and was maxing out at 245 bench while taking deca. I ran Deca 300 and took 1cc every third day. It worked great. I gained 10lbs and could have gained more but i wasnt eating right. I am getting ready to start another cycle of deca and i need some help in a diet. I would appreicate some input on how many calories to consume, protein, and what to eat and serving sizes. I am needing pretty much the whole nine yards. I know what is healthy for protein like chicken, fish, peanuts, etc. I just need help in consumption and i want to gain some weight and bulk up. I am 5'9 right now and only weighing 156. I was at 165-170 while on the cylce. I didnt go to the gym after the cylce and was stupid for not going. Now i have been starting up again and not wanting to take the deca until i have a proper diet. All help is appreciated. thank you.
