Here are the supplements that I am taking or currently have.
Creatine
Whey Protien
Multi-Vitamin
ZMA
Just got some flax and Dex
I always eat some fruit throughout the day
Occasionally a cup or to of SKIM milk. Fine???
When Should I take Flax and How much Of Dex???
Im currently about 190, 6'1 10% Body Fat around
Meal One:
1 Cup Oats
8 Egg whites
1 protien shake
Meal Two:
Lean Ground Meat
1 cup of Broccoli
Meal Three:
Chicken
1 cup of rice
1 cup of beans
Meal Four:
Steak
1 cup of Broccli
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
WORKOUT
Meal Five:
3 scoops of Whey
Im not sure how much Dex to use at this time???
Meal Six:
Any Kind of meat
1 Yam
Meal Seven:
Meat
1 Cup of vetables
Then 2 scoops of whey and to bed I go....
