question about the cutting sticky
it says veggies dont count towards your daily carb intake? am i reading that right cause then i have been dieting wrong th epast couple of months and that would explain my progress...i hav ebeen doin really good dropped 5% bodyfat about since i started dieting i hav eben lifting for 4 years but never really got into my diet until recently ..im revamping it now ..tweaking it and what not..onc ei finalize im gonn apost to hopefully have sum1 tell me if im doin it right.............
