    Your favorite no/low carb snack...

Just curious as to what everyone's favorite no or low carb meal or snack is. Mine is 8 egg whites, 3 turkey sausage links, 2% milk shredded cheddar, and 1 carb ketchup. I need some new ideas....so what's yours????

The biggest, leanest steak money can buy with some nice grilled veggies. Simple but perfect.

Make steaks ahead of time. If you use a good cut you don't even need to reheat because they are that good.

It's also a great food to bring on the plane with you. As anyone who travel via air knows: no airline offers a low carb meal yet. Many offer NO meal. When I bring steak they all look so envious. Its a GREAT low carb snack too!

I was going to post something similar.

What about a low carb snack/meal when you're on the go. I'm at work right now and cant cook so I need to get something real quick. WHat do you guys do when in a pinch?

You and lot's of others make things so complicated. They dont have to be. Cook what you want ahead of time and eat it on the run. It really works.

Nope. I didn't make anything complicated. I already do pre-cook most of the time, but there are times I am in a pinch and dont have anything pre-cooked. Just wanted to know what people do in those situations.

Cottage Cheese/lil peanut butter, or tuna/flax. I get this kettle fried turkey from costco(same fat as reg), it's the shit, w/ flax or pb. There's tons of stuff.
