is it ok to have a shake with my PWO nutrition?
You would only need to follow the PWO guidelines if you were doing a glycogen depleting form of cardio...i.e. Sports, extended running, cross training etc...Otherwise a PWO shake would not be ideal.
I was told that it is not, becuse its counter productive (assuming that you are adding carbs to it).Quote:
