Diarrhea-cha-cha-cha Diarrhea-cha-cha-cha
I keep getting diarrhea, I don’t know why, it been going on since I started lifting and eating more. I weigh 166 and I’m 5’5”. I have been lifting for 3 months and have had major gains (everybody’s noticing) that I partially credit to me eating a lot so the diarrhea is worth the gains but I would be happier if it would stop! Any suggestions would be appreciated? Here is my bulking diet:
1\ Wake up drink two scoops WPI and 1 cup diced oatmeal raw in 12 oz of skim milk
WORK OUT
2\ PWO Shake Two scoops WPI with two scoops of dextrose in water
3\ Two chicken breasts and 1 cup diced raw oatmeal in 8 oz of skim milk
4\ 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites with one piece of bread(not white) and a plate of vegetables
5\ About half pound of smoked salmon and a big baked potato.
6\ 2 turkey burgers and 1 cup diced raw oatmeal in 8 oz of skim milk
