Diarrhea-cha-cha-cha Diarrhea-cha-cha-cha
I keep getting diarrhea, I don’t know why, it been going on since I started lifting and eating more. I weigh 166 and I’m 5’5”. I have been lifting for 3 months and have had major gains (everybody’s noticing) that I partially credit to me eating a lot so the diarrhea is worth the gains but I would be happier if it would stop! Any suggestions would be appreciated? Here is my bulking diet:
1\ Wake up drink two scoops WPI and 1 cup diced oatmeal raw in 12 oz of skim milk
WORK OUT
2\ PWO Shake Two scoops WPI with two scoops of dextrose in water
3\ Two chicken breasts and 1 cup diced raw oatmeal in 8 oz of skim milk
4\ 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites with one piece of bread(not white) and a plate of vegetables
5\ About half pound of smoked salmon and a big baked potato.
6\ 2 turkey burgers and 1 cup diced raw oatmeal in 8 oz of skim milk
Bed time

tak a couple of immodiums now and then in the mornin mate it will give your ass a little respite(and i do mean a little respite)!

ThaT really is weird cause you diet is really good.
I get this effect when i eat to much fiber in my diet?

Increase your intake of fiber in your diet, cut down and research the correct amount of Protein you should take in on a daily basis - split up the protein over 6 meals a day. Stay away from so many liquids. You say you are drinking whey and oats together? Cook the oats, mix the whey in with the cooked oats and some splenda. The more solid foods you eat, the better off your chances are getting away without the loose bowel problems.
