The simplest way to make carb and fat free ice cream
I was thinking taking egg whites, mixing them with a blender till they become hard, throw some choc protein in there for flavour and maybe some splenda, and freeze it?
Would it work?

I suspect it would be hard as rock after beeing frozen.

i did this and also added fat free cool whip, wasn't too bad, and soft too. but not good enough to make again
