huge cheat day what is exspected
Who here does cardio the next day after a BIG cheat to sweat it out??? today guys i had 2 jars all natty PB with half gallon of ice cream and cookies then later i had baked beans with babyback ribs, so should i do cardio tommorow i did 30 mins today but i also ate all that today just curious on what u guys do. PS i fell pretty crappy and bloated i was exspecting this is there any more to exspect will i feel worse tommorow

no need to do any more cardio then you usualy do since you can never even come close to burning of the extra kcal you consume when cheating. It would take hours of cardio depending on how much you ate. Thats my oppinion anyway. Doing excessive cardio would just be catabolic I think.

O' well did the cardio anyways felt good took a HUGE duce afterwards ahahaha and YES TWO JARS PB baby pluse ice cream YEAH

I sometimes do cardio before I cheat just to spike my apetite so I can eat more

Although it won't burn all the extra calories you ate, I do it extra hard anyway just to get rid of that bloated gross feeling. It's not like it's gonna hurt ya, may as well do it to at least feel better. I also like to finish cardio with a nice sauna or steam room, makes me feel like I'm sweating out all the toxins.

im still feeling bloated...back to the diet today i could barly scarf down my breakfast its safe to say i'll be going low carb for the next few days considering all ths food will be hanging with me for about 36 hrs
