Diet soda is fine bro as long as there is no sugar in it. Most contain no fat, cals & carbs.

Soda retains water in your body.Quote:

You can have it in moderation. Just don't go crazy, or you won't be able to drink the required amount of water.
I agree with Alphaman. Saying "can I have all I want" is probably not a good thing, as you will just want more and more. Saying "can I have 1 glass a day, maybe 2 on real bad craving days" would be more sufficient. If 95% of your diet is spot on, 5% isn't going to derail you. And if letting 5% of your diet be "bad" keeps the other 95% good instead of going on a 5 day binge when you can't take it anymore, well then all the better.
man, if you want to do anything good for your body, just drop the pop. Even if you have a great diet, the carbonisaion(SP) can kill man oranisums in your stomach that would normally take all that healthy food you were eating, and bring it to your muscles. Drink water, and if you want to get really ripped, drink propel! ha, bull sh^t!
what are man oranisums?????
sorry... i don't speak "i don't know what I am talking about"... nothing wrong with Diet Soda IMo, but water is the ultimate replacement.Quote:
