i was doing cardio 6 days a week...doing a cheat day once a week...and i was doing 2 on 1 off lifting ..i did this for three weeks straight but then this wekeend i took fri and sat off for lifting and skipped sat and sunday for cardio...i ate like garbage all wekend..but yesterday i hit my bis and bakc and had one of the best lifts i ever had for them and after i did cardio this morning i looked leaner then i ever have..is this a sign that im over training...or should i just throwa 3 day break in oncea month
