Cheat Day

Yes another Cheat Day question!!! So I'm having a great cheat day on Sat as usual and then I start to notice something that happens every single cheat day for me and this is the first time that I have put it together. Everytime I'm indulging eating like crap my body temp goes through the roof, I get real real hot to the point where it feel like I have a fever. And I wasn't taking any ALA on sat, I know soome people have said they get hot as hell after taking ALA. So here's my question, I am getting hot because my thyroid is goin nutz tryin to keep up with all the calories I'm throwin down? Makes sense in theory I suppose, was just wondering if anyone else had the same feeling?

bump for that, i felt the same way yesterday....i was sittin in an AC house and sleeping and i was sweating buckets

I def think that is a valid answer, but during the week when I eat more protein, I would think that I would get the same feeling. Considering the the thermic value of protein!
