He absolutely hates Oatmeal. I set him up with a basic bulking diet and he wanted to know what he could replace the Oats with.
Any good ideas? I was clueless. He needs to get the following:
400g Prot
400g Carbs
80g Fats
BMR 2,010
Cals/Day to Bulk: 3,800 Approx.
He is currently 6'5" and 165lbs. Wants to gain a lean 1 or 2lbs a week naturally.
