perfecting my cutting diet
i have been analyzing the cutting sticky over and over and im on a quest to make the perfect cutting diet for what works for me and in my schedule....is it ok if i swithc meal 2 and meal 3 have the chicken with veggies then 3 hours later have the shake with flax then hit the gym like an hour and a half after that

Before Cardio 5 g Glutamine
Meal 1: 4 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Glucorell R 2 Pills
Meal 2: Veggies
Chicken 6 oz
Meal 3: Protein Shake
1tbsp Flax
Workout
Meal 4: PWO
Meal 5: Veggies
Chicken 5 oz
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
Glucorell R pill
Meal 6 b4 Bed: Shake
tbsp Flax
5 G Glutamine
293 g protein 120.5 g of carbs 18 g of fat

im re reading it i have all pro/fat or pro/carb meals....where do i have a protein only meal...my bad with the pwo its 40 g protein and 80 g dextrose it was the next cell over i forgot to highlight i have it all in excel...meals are ...i wake up at 430 im startin cardio at 530 45 min .....i eat my first meal 730 ...second 1130 third 3:00 then i lift at about 430 pwo after that 8 then ill take a protein shake before i go to bed at like 10ish...give or take half hours on those times becasue of my varying schedule with work and all.......

too little protein in meal 1
meal 2 is the protein only meal i dont see ne1 carbs (ceot the fiber which dont count) or fat

i would have to decrease protein in my two chicken meals then ......eggs are a pain cause i work and they ahve to be hard boiled and i go through a carton and a half a week as is...i could bring the chicken intake down and add a scoop of whey to my oatmeal in the morning...this is taken exactly from the sticky Meal 3:

how is this accurate then if it does nto take body fat into account
