    coconut milk

Light coconut milk only contains 6gfat and 1g carb for every 100ml. In a meal I would use around 85-100ml so it would add 5-6g fat to the meal. Would that be ok in a pro/fat meal?
The quality of the fat is horrible unfortunaly

Can you get ahold of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil?? 1 Tbsp = 14g fat. I use this all the time in making my pro/fat meal. It tastes great in a nice chocolate whey shake. As far as I know there are numerous benefits of Coconut fat. There's a few articles out there that I've read, I'll see if I can dig them up!

I have tried to find it but it doesnt seem like its aviable here in sweden. Coconut oil is incredible. Best source of mct oil there is. The main fatty acid(lauric acid if I remember right)has numerous health benifits, It bosts imune function, metabolism, is antiviral, antibiotik, kills yest. Incredible stuff.

Yes but the shipping would be horrendous If I keep on digging maby I will find it here on some obscure website. Or maby in a neighboring country.

I bought 29oz of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for $16 US. I'm sure it gets a little cheaper than that but I have a place near work that I go to.
