    need help re: good diet

long time reader first time poster.

Ive read these forums for the last few weeks and found some useful information in various threads/stickies but I wanted to take it a step further because I think I need some really good advice for my situation so here goes.

Im extremely obese, im 19yo/150kg's/6ft. I know my current weight puts me at a lot of risk when it comes to health in general and especially heart failure etc.. but ive been this way long enough and I want to start doing something about my weight to get healthy and reduce the risk of me dieing as a result of my weight.

I was wondering what people would suggest in terms or dieting and excercise, ive thought about starting off easy with say walking for an hour for the first couple of weeks to get things happening without putting too much strain on my heart. Im really lost when it comes to this area so any practical advice is much appreciated.

And btw im not interested in taking anabolic steroids , just looking to loose weight at this point. Thanks in advance for your help

In your case, a ketogenic diet may be a good idea. It will get you a good head start on your goals.
