    quick dex ?

    my dex says 1/3 cup is 80g, however that = 75g sugar 75g carbs, do I want that protein ratio to how many grams is in the serving or how many carbs it is? I think its carbs, but just making sure.

    deffintitly the carbs , not the total weight altho i think dex has nothing else in there.....
