    http://www.sunorganicfarm.com....this site looks pretty nice i wanna get brown rice pasta ne1 ever try it for carbs ....i love pasta and it says 100% brown rice and usda organic approved meaning it doesnt have ne other garbage in it......also 25 lbs of organic almond im thinkin about just keepin them in the pantry and always having a jar of almonds that i can snack on on the kitcehn counter.....sum good stuff on here thought i would share

    ne1 ever try organic flax oil is it better then the other garbage

    probably tastes just the same, just not as bad for you, but that doesn't really matter for bb purposes. you're body will grow all the same if you work out hard and get the right macro's and vitamins at the right time, you just won't be as healthy.

    well to say that health doestn matter for bb purposes is wrong. Poor quality food=lowered imunesystem=more infections and so on. Optimal health is crucial for optimal musclebuilding so going organic is never a poor choise. Especialy important is organic veggies since "ordinary" veggies contains as little as 1/6 of the vitamins and minerals that organicly grown veggies contain.
