How bad (or good) is skim milk for you?
Hi, i'm really new to all of this and i am still adjusting my diet and workouts. If you can't eat a lot of extra meals during the day, is it bad to drink more milk throughout the day in place of extra meals inbetween breakfast, lunch and dinner? I read that the Calcium and vitamin D in milk actually promote your body to burn fat, but i also heard that the sugar in milk cancels out the benefits of this. I figure that if its better for your body then its probably more beneficial than not eating in between meals, but if it is just more bad than good for you i might as well not drink more milk everyday. Any advice on this? Thanks

Milk is shit!
-Its worsten the digestion of the macronutrients.
-lactose is the worst sugar
-milk fat is saturated fat
So the only good thing is the proteine in the milk
But how much proteine? 30g in 1 liter! It is nothing!
And with 1 liter of milk you drink 30g of bad sugar!

decent for bulking imo but not something one should consume when cutting.
depends on your tollerance for it.

I use to drink a sh** load of skimmed milk. Then i decided to cut it completly out of my diet, apart from the odd splash in my coffee. It really does make a difference. I seem to be less "soft" looking and more vascular.

TO much lactose i cant tolerate milk anymore, and makes you look soft while cutting.
I never got to be really cut up til i eliminated cottage cheese and dairy products from my diet
